You said POWERdigm Shift, right? (or was that my Canadian interpretation of your New York accent?) :)

Is that a quote from the book you mentioned or a Jacob Sokol original? Cause it's awesomeness…
(Security isn’t about “having” things… It’s about being able to HANDLE them!)

I wouldn't be mad atchya if you had a short morning video like this DAILY. :)
    (DO IT JACOB!)

Your vids have a strangely addictive, energetically moving, hypnotizingly motivating vibe to them!
It also doesn't hurt that you say a lot of what I need to hear every time I hit the freakin' play button…

    Killer stuff
    Cheers bro,
    Jay

      Hahaha… Thanx so much man.

POWERdim, paradigm.. did you just turn this video into a rorschach test?!

Those words are my interpretation of the message from that particular part of the book – pretty similar sounding but probably sensophized a bit.

Short morning video daily… Hmmmmm… Aiight tupac. I'll keep it in mind. -=)

Appreciate the kind words as always bro… Chat soon!

  4. gb1509 says:

    wow! so true…
guess that's where all your work(and those of the great thinkers of all ages) comes in…helping peeps like us know ourselves…and find that sense of security that comes from such knowing….
thanks so much for it all…

  5. rains506 says:

    ahaha… GIANTS STADIUMMMMMMMMM

Jakob I smiled throughout this entire video.
Also, Being able to HANDLE THINGS vs HAVE THINGS – I have never heard this point before but I love it and I thank you for sharing thi sb/c this got me thinking so so much.
Also, knowledge of self… so true right here. It took me awhile to figure out just where I wanted to be and who I wanted to be and really realize it, but when I did and now I am there and I am chasing it there is nothing better. So many people just seem to be scared to really find out and I get it b/c it is scary b/c you gotta put yourself out there to find it…but it's so worth it :)

Hey Jacob.. Nice video.. totally inspires me to step out of my comfort zone.. Just the other day I got up in front of a crowd and read a poem I had been writing for about a week or two. This was the first time I had done something like this before. My heart was pounding! Once I got started, it wasn't that bad after all.. how funny is that!!!

Sometimes we think that everything has to be perfect before we present something.. the day of the poetry jam I just said to hell with trying to get this thing perfect. I'm just gonna add a couple more lines and that will be it.

    • Jacob_Sokol says:

      DUDEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

That is dope yo! Congratz on the major accomplishment.

I was on a "cracking the comfort zone" binge about 2 years back and it's done wonders for me.

Stoked that you're moving fwd in the face of fear – i can't overemphasize how much that rocks. Big ups Steve!

  7. Dina says:

You are so right. Knowing who I have been in the last year and a half has been the GREATEST gift I could ever give myself. I was just telling someone else that the other day and couldn't put into words how amazing of a feeling and powerful of a feeling it was to truly know yourself and love yourself! :)

  8. Kathy says:

    Heeey Jacob!

The only thing we have is what we are, do, think, the rest is …..the rest!
It is all wonderful if you have it, and at the same time CAN walk away from it. Good work Jacob!! you followed your heart to a place of freedom, it is a hard path but well worth the journey.

How do I handle things? The best way I know how at any given moment. It is an ever evolving opportunity to observe gently and reflex on myself…..ooohhh the limitations are vast …..but this keeps it interesting. From my experience the most important is to connect with ones heart, take a deep breath, TRUST, and move forward with humble sincerity and sheer joy for the moment.

Love your videos! Jacob you are a natural in front of the camera, so honest, pure, and raw YOU… and with such a sincere determination and enthusiasm. Your energy is contagious! Thank you for being so real.

    • Jacob_Sokol says:
