What does a philosopher DO in the bathroom?

I decided to get naked and go into the shower to the answer the question that you’ve ALL been waitin’ for: What does a philosopher DO in the bathroom?  The answer is finally being addressed in THIS vivid video:

A couple of notes:

1. To be clear, personally, i don’t put ALL that much importance on a daily affirmation practice.  Many people do however, and if you’re interested in learning more, i suggest that you check out visualization techniques as well.

2. This is a PLAYFUL way for me to reiterate to my subconscious mind, what it is that i really want.  If i get nothing out of the practice, but the practice itself, i am super-satisfied.

3. There is some interesting scientific information that goes deeper into depth on why and how this works.  You can check out these links below for a quick overview of why/how affirmations work:

Way to rock that – you are brave for sharing something so personally nerdy on the foreverness of the internet! I'm very hesitant to add habits like this with my bro roommates around, but seeing a bro such as yourself do it, it doesn't seem so bad.

Ha, I love this! Talk about putting yourself out there.

I personally don't do a practice like this, although I do have written affirmations plastered up around my house. It might be time to start saying them out loud. Maybe that way they'll sink in more effectively!
