Big Idea #1: Are You Willing To Sacrifice?

Challenges in life dont always feel fantastic at the time, but they force us to grow. At some point in our lives, we face the conscious question of “am I willing to give up short term pleasure for long term gain?”

Another way we can phrase this is, “am I willing to feel the pain I need to feel, in order to come out of my pain?”

Progress means working through things that might hurt a bit for a while, but they will lead you through your pain and into your purpose.

Big Idea #2: Don’t Judge “The Thing!”

Let’s face it: we are not perfect! (And who would want to be?!) Sometimes, we slack on taking perfect care of ourselves or just living our lives the way we really want to.

This isn’t a huge problem. We can give ourselves leniency to find balance in our lives. The only problem comes up when we start to judge the thing that’s happened. When we say “oh I’m such a failure” or “I shouldn’t have done that”!

See how you can love yourself and jump back from a minor setback, without judging it and making it a huger deal than it needs to be.

Big Idea #3: What Do You Want To Create?

Most of us are on a journey to create our ideal lives, and on that journey we all find obstacles and challenges right along with the steps and progress we make. So instead of focusing on what’s not going right, get into the practice of asking yourself what you want to create.

What is your goal and the “why” behind it? What positive outcomes are you looking to achieve? When you stay focused on your reasons and your purpose, you’ll find your motivation increase. And staying in alignment with your values is such a huge way to ensure your journey is filled with more joy and purpose than self-criticism!
