Thanks for joining us for another great week in the IC! 🙂

Hop on over here to grab the MP3 of yesterday’s Inner Circle coaching call.

Next week’s IC call will be on Tuesday, November 3rd at 5pm/EST. Mark it on your calendar as soul-time!

In the meantime, you can dig into the IC Archive here and stay connected with the whole crew in the FB group here!

Now, for this week’s big ideas…

Big Idea #1: Goals and Self-Esteem

Self esteem comes from integrity. It comes from keeping the commitments we make to ourselves, and being in alignment with our values and the things that matter most to us.

Committing to the little practices that lift us up – the things that take us one step closer to our goals – will ultimately raise our self-esteem and overall enjoyment of life. It’s all about taking the little steps! It’s not about achieving a certain outcome – becoming a jedi meditation master or writing a book in a week (although those things are awesome!) – it’s about developing ourselves and our character with the things that matter most to us.

Big Idea #2: Getting Paid to Make a Difference

How can we get paid to do what we love, while making a meaningful impact in the world?

Think of it this way:

How can I be so impactful to a person, that they are asking me “How do I pay you?” (This applies to any field – not just coaching!)

How can you provide a service that is so needed and valuable in the world, to a specific person or group of people, that you earn money for it as a result?

When you come from a place of constantly striving to add more value, to solve more problems and to provide what people need, then you’ll find yourself being compensated for the value you’re creating.

Big Idea #3: Powerful Investments

How do we help our potential clients to say “yes” to themselves, and invest in the powerful work to transform their life?

Remember: you’re getting this person results. You’re not manipulating them or have them see things from a different perspective – you’re helping this person take action, and move forward in the direction that their heart and soul desires. When you give someone a life-changing, powerful conversation – they will ask you how they can pay you.

Focus on helping the person in front of you so much that this one conversation actually changes their life. Think about where your clients’ pains and struggles are coming from. Where can you powerfully help to solve problems and bring value to people who need it? This is how you will get paid to do what you love.

Let’s connect!

What are your thoughts on the above? We’d love to hear ’em in our secret Facebook group.
